At Brighter Working we build web and mobile phone based software. We don't have huge offices or enough permanent employees to invade Europe. Instead, we create teams specifically for projects from the many talented people we know.

Our core skills are in the technical work behind complex web sites:

J2EE, ASP.Net or whatever the flavour of the month is
Everything mobile (text messaging, phone applications, mobile internet)

and the management that goes around those skills to make sure systems are well built and work properly:

We apply the JDI principle to the projects we work on. Or, to put it another way, "Make it work and then make it better". We aim to produce something quickly in order to work out where the problems are going to be and then improve it rather than spending six months scratching our heads before we do any development.
